Promotion Period: The Mariner 23rd Birthday Celebration Giveaway promotion begins at 12 PM (noon) Central on Friday, April 12, 2013 and ends at 12 Midnight Central on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.

How to Enter: During the promotion period, visit the contest page at https://marinersoftware.com/ipadmini, complete the online entry form and either "Share" our post on Facebook or "Retweet" us on Twitter. Instructions are on the contest page. All entry forms must be received by Midnight Central on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.

Frequency of entry: Only (1) one entry per person on Facebook or Twitter.

Random Drawing: (1) One prize winner, will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, by Mariner Software, whose decisions will be final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value: The winner will receive (1) Apple® iPad Mini, Wi-Fi, 16GB model in either white or black - whichever color is available. Retail value: $329USD. No substitutions allowed, except by Mariner Software, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified and contacted via email. The potential winner will be required to reply with a valid physical mailing address (no Post Office boxes) within 2 days of notification in order to receive their prize. Noncompliance within this time period, or the return of the prize as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo, likeness and product review, for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Eligibility: This promotion is restricted to residents of the 50 United States, Washington DC. and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Due to shipping restrictions, entries from outside of the United States and Canada will not be considered. Employees and their immediate family members of Mariner Software are not eligible. By entering this Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these official rules and decisions of Mariner Software. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
